Raechel Barnes joins Yumpingo as Head of Partnerships & Client Services
Raechel has over 20 years of experience leading in fast-paced, high-change environments, helping early-stage companies prepare for growth and scale. With a passion for and background in both hospitality and SaaS, she’s worked solely with companies focused on empowering foodservice professionals at all levels, with a special focus on leveraging technology to improve experiences and drive operational excellence within organizations.
During her tenure with HotSchedules (now Fourth Enterprises), Raechel contributed to the fast growth of the commercial organization and led the launch and eventual spin out of what is now known as Seasoned, a community built exclusively for the hospitality industry. She has a breadth of experience building strategies, systems, teams, and scalable processes and playbooks to open new markets and drive high performance and growth.
In her own words, Raechel is excited to be part of the Yumpingo team because “Yumpingo exudes the same passion for people, innovation, and the love of food and the foodservice industry that has fueled me throughout my career. The product is in a category of its own and has a tangible impact, empowering restaurant workers, managers, and owners with the insights and tools they need to improve guest experiences. Coming together over food & drink is one of the few universal joys we all share and Yumpingo is writing a powerful story to influence that experience.”
As Head of Partnerships & Client Services, Raechel will lead Yumpingo’s partnership strategy and oversee channel relationships to accelerate commercialization and company growth. She will be responsible for the customer user journey, defining ways to delight and exceed customer expectations, and building processes, procedures, and systems of accountability. In addition to her global role, she will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the US business.
