We are delighted to have now completed our first CRM integration with Airship, an all-encompassing customer data management and broadcast platform. Customer email addresses collected after dining by Yumpingo are now auto-transferred via a secure API to populate your mailing list.
But this is where it gets exciting – along with their email address, the guest’s sentiment (how much they enjoyed their visit) – as determined by their Yumpingo reviews – is also transferred directly into Airship. For the first time, email campaigns can be run and targeted to users based on the sentiment of their last visit. That means our customers now have the ability to run targeted win-back campaigns for lapsed users or rewards for happy regulars.
