Increase insights on the menu items that matter the most

Our 1-minute surveys gather granular feedback on every menu item, tracking factors including look, taste, portion size and value perception. 

Food and drink-level feedback enables you to optimize menus, adjust pricing, manage consistency, test new suppliers and improve customer satisfaction.

 

Introducing Menu Priority

With Menu Priority you can customize the order that menu items appear in your feedback surveys, increasing the insights you receive on your key food and drinks items. 

Example use cases:

  • Launching new dishes, drinks, or seasonal menus? Prioritize them to track early feedback and make quick adjustments.

  • Want to ensure your bestsellers are consistently delivered? Keep them top-of-mind for teams by prioritizing them in the survey flow.

 

How it works

  1. Select up to 10 items to prioritize.

  2. Manage the order of priority, or randomize.

  3. When a customer purchases any priority items, the top two items will appear first in the quick item review flow. (Customers can still review more items, but these won’t be actively promoted).
