For our latest instalment of Meet The Team, we'd like to introduce you to Jeannette, our Fulfilment Manager!
Jeannette is a real expert in all things project planning, implementation, fulfilment and logistics. She also understands the essentials that go into running a successful business, making her a valuable resource for clients and an excellent addition to our team!
Jeannette’s experience travelling the world and tasting a range of cuisines has heightened her passion for the hospitality industry and led to her working in a role she feels has a significant impact on helping restaurants serve up great experiences and even yummier food.
Here’s what we learnt about Jeannette in our recent catchup.
I’ve been working at Yumpingo since 2017 and in my time here have undertaken a range of roles, including working as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, as well as working in Customer Success, Onboarding, Operations and now Fulfilment.
As well as providing me with a great level of experience from around the business, I’d like to think it’s given me a unique perspective which helps to ensure all of our clients can implement processes that drive guest satisfaction and boost business profits.
Our focus is on devices, menus and logistics. We collaborate with teams across the business to apply our customer-centric best practice to deliver a first-class onboarding experience on time, within budget and of course, to the highest quality.
A typical day for me involves significant projects and troubleshooting activities. It's a varied role that brings many challenges but great satisfaction as it allows us to deliver high quality services that ensure our customers get the very best out of Yumpingo.
It's super fun too as I get to work with some fabulously talented people within our customers' businesses and the Yumpingo team itself.
Whilst I’ve now stepped away from a more client-facing role, there are a few questions I believe customers should be asking us, whether it’s during the onboarding process or throughout their time working with us:

Some of the best advice I’ve ever received is to ‘be kind, be brave and laugh with gusto’. I’ve kept this with me throughout my life and have to say my advice is pretty similar.
If you’re just starting out or looking to get into the industry some of the most important things are to believe in yourself and others, be curious, be kind, be brave, be your best self and enjoy life’s moments.
Being yourself, listening to others and enjoying the moments along the way will make you a great team player, enhance your confidence in your ability and help you succeed in the industry.
